Add a timestamp when volunteers complete an eLearning Module
We use eLearning Modules for our volunteer orientations, and for reporting purposes, we need to know on which day someone took our orientation to become a volunteer. Right now, we have to enter than manually when we get the email notification that someone took the eLearning Module, which is time consuming and tedious. It would be great if the system would show a time & date stamp of when a volunteer passed an eLearning Module so we could search by that.
This would be so incredibly useful for compliance!
This is something that is a top priority for us. All of our trainings are becoming virtual and we need a way to track when someone completes each e-learning module. Currently we are having to do that manually.
We could definitely use a time stamp on eLearning modules. With Covid, we are moving our annual certifications to online and need to track the date of the last time a volunteer certified. We have numerous certifications managed by different admins, so the date concept is a bit confusing for the admins receiving unnecessary notifications.

This is important and will help the eLearning modules mature to a better solution that will match the date completed requirements of the organisation. It is also just like going to any face to face training, you sign in and that is taken that you have completed the training.
