Allow Administrators to make documents appear to select volunteers within an organization.
Why? Administrators will want to make a document available in the Files page of myimpactpage.com for certain volunteers, but not for others. Granted, Better Impact already allows documents to have visibility restricted according to Volunteer Status. What would improve this is going a step further by making an option for Administrators to choose specific volunteers by name to see specific documents.
Example: Jehoshaphat the Administrator has 20 Accepted volunteers in his account. He would like 5 of them to have a document that outlines the additional responsibilities he has assigned to them. He wants them to find it on the Files page of myimpactpage.com because this is a wonderful way to keep important files accessible to volunteers 24/7. This document does not pertain to the other 15 volunteers, thus he does not want these 15 to see the document listed when they click [Files]. He is disappointed to realize that he’ll have to email the document to the 5 volunteers. A month or two later, one of those 5 asks him to re-send the document. Once again, he regrets that he couldn’t make the document available to them on [Files] without making it visible to all his other Accepted volunteers.
